Well, obviously it depends on what your friend is into, and what your budget is, but a leatherbound journal would be good (they have them at Barnes and Noble, or other book stores probably), or a camera, or stamps so she can mail letters, an address book so she can keep everyones address, a framed picture of the two of you, a portable DVD Player...
