Which type of Birth Control is best? Does anyone have advice about transitioning birth control?

So here's whats going on...I'm on Yaz right now...with all the reports going on around...I want to change, better safe than sorry?





I need a bc that doesn't make me bloat (Yaz made me bloat a LOT), a bc with less mood swings (Yaz did that too)..





And does anyone have advice about changing birth control? Like the time period of transition? Any special vitamins to make a smooth transition?

Nuva Ring..it's the best thing and i've tried almost everything and it's the only one that didn't have side effects.Yes, at first it is weird sticking it up there, but it becomes easy after the first time.
