Tell her to stop being a ho, your her friend so you have the right to call her that without her getting mad. Just tell her its wrong and she would be hurt if someone did that to her so you think she should stop, if you like through in something about karma being a beyotch or sumthn.
Oh that sucks. I had a friend like that. I kind of just ignored it because I've told her before that she's too boy crazy and it didn't lead to anything good. So this time, I let it blow up in her face until she learned the lesson the hard way. Then I was the one who consoled her after so I looked like a good friend.
She has to go with her heart on this one, but she has to take their feelings into consideration first, maybe she should break up with both of them until she figures out how she really feels.

It isn't wrong by any means. You need to learn how to mind your own business. If she's doing drugs, yeah, you get involved. But this? It is her affair, mind the pun, and you need to get a grip. You should say to her 'Be careful and make sure you are using condoms if you are having sex'. Beyond that is really not your place to say.

obiviously she cares for both of these boys. the best thing to say is just to ask her to think about which one she couldnt live without. it gets harder the longer you stay with both of them because more emotions get involoved.
It will eventually catch up to her. So, if you want to stay friends with her, be there for her when she needs it.
