Advice on building the best PC?

Yes it does depend on what your purposes are. I will give some general advice:





- Don't skimp on memory. Get at least 1GB.


- Don't skimp on a video card. You want it to play the games that will be made in 3 years, not one adequate for today.


- If you like listening to music on your 'puter, get a good sound card (Audigy +) and good speakers.


- Remember that Windows Vista is coming out later this year, so make sure you have a good high speed CPU. Also, in a couple years, the switch to 64 bit CPU's will be in full swing, so I would get one of the 64 bit chips by either Intel or AMD.

get an Intel system, get a Celeron Processor (depending if u want a computer or a gaming machine). That mother board has everything you need on it, always put alot of ram, and if u need grafix cards do ATI or Nvidia, its that simpleAdvice on building the best PC?
