My best friend is getting married and I am supposed to give her a line of advice at the upcoming wedding. HELP

Not being married myself, I can't think of anything good. I would appreciate any ideas you might have.My best friend is getting married and I am supposed to give her a line of advice at the upcoming wedding. HELP
Look at your parents' marriage (marriages, if they are remarried) - or your grandparents' or your best friend's parents - anyone who's had a good, solid, long lasting relationship.

Ask them what has made their marriage(s) work, be it humorous, or serious.

When the time comes to give a toast, you can say ';As the single girl, I don't know much about marriage, so I asked ....(their names). I figured you can't make it through (however many years) without doing something right!'; and repeat the advice given. It's a nice way to impart wit %26amp; wisdom from her %26amp; your family, and make it a little more personal!

Finish it with your wish for the couple - something like ';may you love each other more tomorrow than you do today...'; and congratulate them.My best friend is getting married and I am supposed to give her a line of advice at the upcoming wedding. HELP

All kinds of quotes funny, serious and sentimental about marriage.

Good luck!
I think anything that you say will be ok....I mean, she is your best friend!
any corny advice about listening to each other and loving each other and communicating with each other will do
